Foundit App – Privacy Details

This document supplements the CrevoLabs Privacy Policy and describes the data practices specific to the Foundit mobile application.

1. What Foundit Does

Foundit is a content ingestion and organization app that allows you to upload, import, and process media such as images, videos, audio recordings, and links. Foundit may apply AI-based processing (such as transcription, analysis, or categorization) to user-provided content in order to deliver its features.

2. Data Access and Processing

• Account Information: When you sign in using Google, Apple, or Microsoft, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture. This information is stored on our servers to create and manage your Foundit account.
• Authentication Tokens: Secure sign-in tokens and identifiers are stored in encrypted form to maintain your authenticated session and enable access across devices.
• Uploaded Media: Images, videos, and audio files you upload or record are transmitted securely to cloud infrastructure for storage and processing.
• Derived Data: Foundit may generate metadata such as thumbnails, transcripts, summaries, tags, timestamps, and AI-derived annotations. These are stored and associated with your account.

3. What Foundit Stores

• Stored on CrevoLabs Servers (Cloud):
  • Email address, name, and profile picture URL
  • Authentication and session-related tokens
  • Uploaded images, videos, and audio files
  • Generated thumbnails, transcripts, summaries, and metadata
  • Credit balance, usage history, and purchase records
• Stored Locally on Device:
  • Temporary media files
  • UI state and cached data for performance
• Never Stored:
  • Passwords for your identity provider accounts
  • Payment card details (handled by platform providers)

4. Cloud Infrastructure

Foundit uses secure cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure, to store user content and account data. All data transmission is encrypted in transit, and storage services apply industry-standard security practices.

5. Use of Your Data

• To store and display your uploaded and generated content
• To apply AI-based processing and organization features
• To manage authentication, sessions, and account state
• To manage credits, purchases, and usage limits
• To improve app reliability and performance

6. Third-Party Services

Foundit uses the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In – for authentication
• Cloud storage and compute providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
• AI processing services – for transcription, analysis, and content processing
• Firebase Cloud Messaging – optional notifications

7. Consent and Control

• Foundit presents permission and consent prompts before accessing sensitive features such as microphone, camera, or media library.
• You may revoke access to your identity provider at any time via your Google or Apple account settings.
• You may delete your account from within the app, which removes your stored content, account data, and credits, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure storage practices. No system is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect user data.
