Getch App Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Getch mobile application, operated by CrevoLabs OÜ, Sepapaja 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia. By using Getch, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Getch application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as the Getch Privacy Details and the CrevoLabs Privacy Policy.

If you are using Getch on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms, and “you” refers to both you and the business.

2. What Getch Is

Getch is a pass management and tracking platform. It allows service-oriented businesses to define service packages, issue digital passes to customers, and record usage confirmations via QR code, NFC, or in-app check-in.

Important: Getch is not a payment processor, financial service, or marketplace. Getch does not handle, process, store, or mediate any money, fees, refunds, or financial transactions of any kind. All commercial arrangements — including pricing, payments, and refund policies — are solely between the business and its customers. CrevoLabs bears no responsibility for any such arrangements.

Getch provides the technology to digitally track service usage rights. The business owner is solely responsible for the accuracy of the passes they issue and the services they deliver.

3. Accounts & Registration

To use Getch, you must register with your name, surname, and a valid phone number. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to verify your identity. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You must not register using a phone number you do not own or are not authorized to use.
You must promptly notify us at hello@crevolabs.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts for the same business or purpose.

4. User Roles & Responsibilities

Getch has three distinct user roles, each with specific capabilities and responsibilities:

Business Owner

Creates and manages the business profile
Defines products and service packages
Issues passes to customers
Invites staff members
Responsible for accuracy of all issued passes

Staff

Invited by the business owner
Confirms service usage (check-ins)
Cannot issue passes or define products
Acts under authority of the business owner

Customer

Receives passes from a business
Tracks remaining and expired passes
Presents pass for service check-in
May confirm usage manually in-app

Business owners are solely responsible for the passes they create, the staff they invite, and the service commitments they make to their customers. CrevoLabs is not a party to any agreement between a business and its customers.

5. Pass System

A “Pass” in Getch represents a single unit of a service entitlement (e.g., one session, one class, one appointment). Passes are created and issued entirely at the discretion of the business owner.

Expiry — Passes may have expiry dates or usage restrictions set by the business owner. Getch automatically marks expired passes as invalid. Disputes about expired passes are solely between the business and the customer.
Check-in confirmation — A check-in recorded in Getch constitutes a digital record that a pass was used. The business owner is responsible for ensuring check-ins are only confirmed for services actually rendered.
No monetary value — Passes in Getch have no intrinsic monetary value within the platform. Getch does not assign, guarantee, or manage any financial value associated with a pass.
Non-transferable — Passes are issued to a specific customer’s account and may not be transferred to another user except by the business owner through the platform.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Getch in any of the following ways:

Fraudulent passes — Issuing passes for services you do not intend or are not able to deliver.
False check-ins — Confirming service usage that did not occur.
Unauthorized access — Attempting to access another user’s account, pass history, or business data without permission.
Reverse engineering — Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the app.
Automated abuse — Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in ways not intended by normal use.
Illegal purposes — Using Getch in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Misuse of contact data — Using contact information accessed through Getch for any purpose other than sending passes or staff invitations within the platform.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. User Content

You may upload content to Getch such as a business name, logo, and banner image (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading it, you grant CrevoLabs a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Getch platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any User Content you upload does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws. CrevoLabs reserves the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.

8. Availability & Changes

CrevoLabs will endeavour to keep Getch available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, update the platform, or modify features at any time.

We may add, modify, or remove features of Getch at any time with or without notice.
We are not liable for any loss resulting from planned or unplanned downtime.
We reserve the right to discontinue Getch, with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrevoLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Getch.

CrevoLabs is not responsible for any disputes between a business owner and a customer regarding pass validity, service delivery, expiry, or any other commercial matter. These are exclusively between the relevant parties. Getch is a tracking tool — it does not guarantee service delivery or enforce any agreement between businesses and customers.

CrevoLabs’ total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of Getch shall not exceed the amount you have paid to CrevoLabs in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your profile data, pass history, business data, and contact records will be removed, subject to legal retention obligations.

CrevoLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Termination of your account does not affect the rights or obligations that arose prior to termination, nor does it affect any pass records associated with other users’ accounts.

11. Governing Law

The governing law applicable to these Terms depends on your location:

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via the app or by push notification where possible.

Your continued use of Getch after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using Getch and delete your account.
