Delete Your Getch Account & Data

You have the right to delete your Getch account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do so, and what happens when you do.

Option 1 — From the app

1. Open the Getch app on your phone.
2. Go to Settings from your profile.
3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your account and all data will be permanently removed.

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have access to your account, send us an email with your registered phone number and we will delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Permanent deletion includes: your profile (name, phone number, avatar), all passes sent or received, business and staff associations, and check-in history. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
