Foundit Terms of Service

Welcome to Foundit, a mobile application developed and operated by CrevoLabs OÜ. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Foundit mobile application and related services (“App” or “Service”).
By using Foundit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
Foundit is a content ingestion and organization app that allows users to upload, import, and process media such as images, videos, audio recordings, and links from supported platforms. The App may apply AI-based processing such as transcription, analysis, or categorization to user-provided content.
2. Accounts and Authentication
Some features of Foundit require authentication. You may sign in using supported identity providers (such as Google, Apple, or others as added over time).
We store authentication-related data, such as sign-in tokens, user identifiers, and associated email addresses, securely in cloud infrastructure to provide and maintain the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. User Content
When using Foundit, you may upload or generate content, including but not limited to images, videos, audio recordings, text, and metadata (“User Content”).
- You retain full ownership of your User Content.
- By using the App, you grant CrevoLabs OÜ a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
- User Content is stored securely in cloud infrastructure (including Microsoft Azure) to enable synchronization, processing, and access across devices.
4. Data Storage and Privacy
Foundit stores certain user data in cloud infrastructure in order to function correctly:
- Uploaded images, videos, and other media
- Derived metadata and processing results
- Account-related information such as email address and authentication tokens
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. For more information about how we collect and process personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Upload or process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Attempt to access or interfere with our systems or infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
6. Purchases and Credits
Foundit may offer paid features, including credit-based usage for certain processing capabilities.
- Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.
- If you delete your account, any remaining credits and associated content may be permanently removed.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrevoLabs OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, content, or business opportunities.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
